Spring Fever!

Hello family! Sorry it has been long since the last update. We all got bogged down with the flu/head congestion, cough, ear infection, eye infections. I think that is all! Anyway, we are doing well now! Nathaniel just flew to Indiana at the beginning of the week to do the big defending of his dissertation. He passed!! Now it just has to go through a couple more people till it is all done. Joshua has become a writer! His teacher says Joshua has just taken off in writing and is always making little stories and books. Joshua told me that he writes at recess too and all the kids want to do it now. He also has quite a few female friends. His teacher says that Joshua sometimes seems like he doesn't know what to do with all the attention the girls require! Jonas can't wait to go to school next fall. He still is wanting me to constantly play with him although he has two younger brothers. Jesse is trying to get some more attention by always wanting to be the first or the leader in everything, including opening the door whenever we get home! Logan is still getting into all kinds of mischief! He loves to climb and will run (tummy sticking out first) to the table if a chair is left pulled out. We are enjoying the beautiful, hot spring here in Denver. We bought mommy and daddy bikes for early mother's day and father's day gifts along with a bike trailer and child's seat. Now we go for family bike rides almost every day. We made a fun easter bunny out of cotton balls and a milk carton, the boys thought it was so cool that it can hold candy and easter eggs!
