We celebrated Nathaniel's Birthday spread out over a few days. It started on Saturday the 16th when we took all our kids and the David and Kristi and their kids to the Science Center in Seattle. We bought a years pass there as one of Nathaniel's presents. It was a very fun filled and long day! We only had our phone camera, so we didn't take as many pictures as we should have. Sunday we had Nathaniel's birthday dinner (french toast) and had the cousins over for birthday cake. Nathaniel wanted an ice cream cake again this year, so I made a vanilla cake with chocolate brownie ice cream in the middle and chocolate frosting on the outside. It was delicious!! Monday was a holiday, so I took Nathaniel to lunch at the Olive Garden and we did a bit of shopping since David and Kristi were watching all the kids. On Nathaniel's actual birthday (Tuesday), not much happened besides hugs and kisses from us all because Mommy had a RS Enrichment Activity that night. All in all, it took us the whole next week to recover from such an extended weekend!!

Nathaniel's Birthday!
